When you select our Investment Protection Agreement, you get peace of mind knowing that, for a fixed fee, we take responsibility for all maintainable components of your system. The Investment Protection Agreement includes the following services:
Test and Inspection: On a regularly scheduled basis, we inspect system components in an effort to detect potential problems. We also focus on recommended operating parameters in accordance with the design and specifications of the equipment manufacturer.
Preventive Maintenance: In accordance with the computerized maintenance tasking, we clean, adjust, lubricate and calibrate all equipment and components. An operational analysis and efficiency testing procedure is performed to document the condition and operating efficiency of the system.
Repair and Replacement: The Facility Management Company Professional program can enable you to pick up an upper hand and enhance your work execution through training and acknowledgment.
Emergency Service: Our preventive maintenance programs have demonstrated a dramatic reduction in emergency calls and breakdowns; however, if there is such an occurrence, the Investment Protection Agreement provides 24-hour emergency service at no additional cost.
